Vivid Seats Website

Rebuilt an old monolith java website with Typescript, NextJS, React, and Express. I chose and taught the entire architecture of the web app ecosystem. Working alongside important stakeholders, I was able to push forward some really clean and flexible code while educating and verifying my ideas through performance metrics and business KPIs.

This role includes making critical technical decisions, building out a UI Kit, growing the team, cross functional collaboration, and providing mentorship and training to move to a modern stack. The new platform is currently in production and is customer facing at vividseats.com.
